1. Introductory provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between us as the seller and you as the buyer when purchasing goods or services on the e-shop.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

The purchase contract is governed by these Terms and Conditions, the Complaints Procedure, the website terms of use, and Czech law.


2. Conclusion of the purchase contract

2.1 Product offer

All goods displayed on the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a proposal to conclude a contract.

2.2 Order

You may place an order via the website or by another method stated on the website. The order must include:

  • name and quantity of goods,

  • method of payment and delivery,

  • contact details.

2.3 Order acceptance

The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address.

2.4 Order cancellation

You may cancel an order that has not yet been confirmed by e-mail. Confirmed orders are binding.

2.5 Prices

Prices are stated including VAT. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to deliver the goods.


3. Payment

The following payment methods are available as listed on the website:

  • online card payment,

  • bank transfer,

  • cash on delivery,

  • or additional methods displayed during checkout.

Unless stated otherwise, payment is due upon placing the order.

Ownership of the goods transfers only after full payment has been made.


4. Shipping and delivery

Goods are delivered via carriers offered in the cart (PPL, Zásilkovna, etc.).

Shipping costs are displayed before completing the order.

If the package shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend refusing acceptance or filing a damage report with the carrier.


5. Withdrawal from the contract (consumer)

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Withdrawal may be sent by e-mail. The goods must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal:

  • undamaged,

  • complete,

  • unopened (for food, beverages, dietary supplements, and hygiene products, withdrawal is not possible after opening the packaging for safety reasons).

We will refund the price of the goods within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.


6. Complaints (warranty and defects)

The warranty period for consumers is 24 months.

Complaints must be submitted by e-mail and by delivering the defective goods to:

The complaint must include:

  • order number,

  • description of the defect,

  • requested method of resolution.

Complaints are handled within 30 days.

Complaints cannot be accepted for:

  • damage caused by improper use,

  • normal wear and tear,

  • changes in appearance caused by storage.

8. Personal data protection (GDPR) — brief

The e-shop operator is the controller of personal data. We process:

  • contact details,

  • data necessary for delivery of goods,

  • data for accounting and tax purposes.

Personal data is not transferred to third parties except carriers and accounting services.

9. User account

When registering, you must provide truthful information. In case of breach of these terms, we reserve the right to cancel the user account.


10. Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions may be amended. For each order, the version effective at the time of order submission applies.

The contract is stored electronically and is not publicly accessible; it will be provided by e-mail upon request.

🕒 Delivery time

  • Usually within 1–3 business days

  • Delivery time may vary depending on carrier workload (e.g. Black Friday, public holidays)

ℹ️ Lost package

In the event of a package lost by the carrier, the complaint resolution period is set to 30 days. Compensation can be addressed only after this period and after receiving the carrier’s statement.

⚠️ Pre-Christmas notice

During the pre-Christmas period, delivery time may be up to 7–10 days due to carrier overload.
